The Parish Council has obtained a supply of stickers promoting road safety which can be placed on residents' dustbins. The stickers show a 30mph road sign inside a red ring with PLEASE DRIVE CAREFULLY underneath. The idea is that when the dustbins are put out on the pavement for collection they will be seen by passing motorists who will hopefully take notice of the message. The stickers are available to anyone living on one of the main roads through Pilsley (i.e. Parkhouse Road, Rupert Street, Bridge Street, Church Street , Morton Road, Station Road or Hardstoft Road ).If you would like one or more stickers to place on you dustbin(s) please contact Pete Stevenson on 01773 872557 or janet@jms49.plus.com
